There will be no refund or replacement for CD's or downloaded music.
In the case of the MP3 player gift box, there will be no refund or replacement for broken or cracked boxes. All players will be tested and charged before being shipped. If you feel you need a replacement .. you will need to contact us directly at Information@denataylormusic.com. You'll need to tell us exactly what the problem is. You will receive an email with any questions we have about the problem. If we can't resolve it, you will receive an email with instructions for returning the system to us. You will be invoiced through PayPal the cost of shipping the item back to us (in it's original hard clear plastic box) along with all of the original all components (player, USB cable, ear buds and charger). You will also be charged the cost of shipping a replacement system back to you. The total shipping costs not to exceed $12.00 if shipping address is in the U.S.
